We want you to love every piece you receive from Dea d’Oro. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer store credit or exchanges on unworn items returned within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear or damage, and include the complete packaging. Personalized pieces, custom sizes, engraved jewelry, or items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not issue refunds and shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a defect, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist you.
REFUNDS;
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your store credit or process the exchange based on your preference. Any item that doesn’t meet our return conditions will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Shipping Policy – Dea d’Oro
We handle each order with care, and our goal is to make sure your piece arrives beautifully and safely. Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If there’s ever a delay due to order volume or logistics, we’ll notify you personally via email.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
We’re happy to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. For your peace of mind, each package is insured during transit through a certified jewelry protection service.
In case a shipment is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, the customer will be notified and will be responsible for the cost of reshipping, which typically begins at $20.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, which will activate within 24 hours so you can follow its journey to you.
We stand by the quality of every Dea d’Oro piece. Our jewelry is made to last, and we want you to feel confident wearing it every day.
All of our pieces include a 30-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. This includes issues like loose clasps, broken chains, or missing stones not caused by misuse.
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Tarnishing due to improper storage or chemical exposure
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage from accidents, falls, or water
If you believe your piece has a production-related issue, please contact us within 30 days of your order. We’ll gladly evaluate the situation and offer repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the case.
