Frequently asked questions
We offer store credit or exchanges on unworn items returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with complete packaging. Personalized pieces, custom sizes, engraved jewelry, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not issue refunds. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info.deadoro.com@gmail.com. Once we inspect the item, we'll issue store credit or process an exchange. Items not meeting return conditions will be sent back at the customer's expense.
We ship orders within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $150. Each package is insured during transit. If a shipment is returned after failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs start at $20. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We offer a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects like loose clasps, broken chains, or missing stones. It does not cover normal wear and tear, tarnishing, lost or stolen items, or damage from accidents.
